**Job Description 工作内容**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential patients through effective online communication, answer enquiries promptly, listen and understanding patients needs with strong follow up skill.
- Understand the healthcare needs of potential patients and provide them with tailored solutions by explaining the benefits of our health screening services.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Prinz Klinik's healthcare services, all health screening packages, and add on items to effectively address inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all sales efforts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as established by the management.

**工作内容**:

- 建立有效的线上沟通模式与潜在客户建立并维持良好的关系、及时回复询问、倾听及了解客户需求、积极跟进沟通。
- 了解潜在患者的医疗保健需求,并为他们提供量身定制的医疗保健服务, 通过解释我们的健康检查服务的好处来提供解决方案。
- 对Prinz Klinik的医疗保健服务、所有健康检查配套及添加项目有全面了解,有效解决查询和疑虑。
- 与营销和客户服务团队密切合作,确保所有销售工作中的信息传递和品牌推广一致。
- 实现管理层制定的每月销售目标。

**Job Requirement 职位要求**
- SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree with at least 1 year experience in any call centre is added advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in any fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry is added advantage
- Knowledge of healthcare services, medical terminology, and industry trends is added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with potential patients concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- High level of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
