- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government statutory bodies.
- Provide support and information to the company for corporate reporting.
- Handle budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
- Willingness to learn and proficiently use a Property Management System to assist in generating accounting data.

Position Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin.
- Demonstrates diligence, meticulousness, and a positive working attitude.
- Experienced in supervising teams to deliver timely reporting.
- Preferably has experience in the property management sector

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
