Job Description:

- Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g. Leave records, daily attendance)
- Prepare HR documents
- Coordinates and liaise with relevant external parties on HR matter (e.g. Government bodies, recruitment agencies)
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and on boarding new employees
- Responsible for payroll and claim processing function effectively
- Stay updated with employment law to ensure compliance with HR practices.
- Respond to employee’s inquiries regarding employment terms and conditions.
- Responsible in handling employee’s issue either by counselling or implement disciplinary action
- Assist in administration task or any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed by Management

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- HR Manager: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
