Job Description:

- Finding new and building relationship with long-term partners through partnership program involving sponsoring or advertising their products/ services to Now Driver Community
- Work closely with Marketing Department to design operation plan and pitch deck for trade partnership deals
- In charge of planning and executing operations of all partnership programs on drivers side, closely monitoring, trouble-shooting and making adjustment needed to ensure progress, communications and outcomes following commitment with drivers and partners
- Constantly getting feedbacks from both drivers and partners deep dive issues for improvement
- Serving as a member in Drivers Community Team, supporting other drivers programs aiming to build a strong drivers community and the best welfare drivers package on the market

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- At least 2 years of experience as an onboarding specialist. Prior experience in online food delivery industry is a plus
- Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking systematically and accurately
- Strong business analytics skills and data-driven decision-making skills
- Good command in Bahasa Melayu and English (verbal and written) to communicate with various stakeholders
- Has passion in the e-commerce and online delivery platform industry
