**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for handling daily admin work (check and process customer orders, arrange delivery orders, issue invoices for billing).

2. Examines documentation that supports the details on each invoice, such as sales order, delivery order or purchase orders.

3. Data entry into computer system.

5. Inventory management (inventory count, arrange purchasing and delivery).

6. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

7. Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.

8. Backing up computer files regularly.

9. Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.

10. Must be able to work independently and schedule work effectively.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field

3. Proficient in computer, MS Office (Excel and Word) and basic AutoCount Accounting knowledge is preferred

4. Required Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

5. Positive working attitudes, responsible and dedicate to work
