Admin Assistant

Kajang, Malaysia VIC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- To perform general office administrative duties which include travelling arrangement, office event co-ordination, preparation of operational reports, etc.
- To support in administrative matters which include document compilation, filing, licensing and other paper documentation works.
- To assist in initialization and implementation of office standard operating procedures and ISO 9001 to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
- Assist in answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- File and retrieve corporate documents and records.
- Write and edit documents and instructional documents.
- Produce and distribute correspondence letters, faxes and forms.

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
- Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to start immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
