**Job Summary**:
As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, integrity, and compliance of user-generated content on our platform. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating various forms of content to uphold community guidelines, policies, and legal standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and secure online environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Review**: Regularly review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to assess compliance with established guidelines and policies.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Enforce content policies and community guidelines by taking appropriate actions, such as removing or flagging content that violates rules and regulations.
- **User Support**: Provide support to users regarding content-related inquiries, appeals, and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in interactions.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and changes in content regulations, contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation processes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of content moderation activities, including reports on flagged content, user interactions, and resolution outcomes.

**Salary**: RM2,178.93 - RM4,246.62 per month
