Senior Customer Retention Specialist

At Businesslist, we are seeking a Senior Customer Retention Specialist to oversee the process of customer retention within our business. This role involves interacting with existing customers on a regular basis, helping customers, and implementing high-standard customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish clear retention goals to maintain zero-churn and recommend solutions by upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  2. Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
  4. Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions, and suggest the best products for their needs.

This is a critical role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
