  • Partner Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless shipment execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay compliant with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Performance Enhancement: Continuously evaluate logistics performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain activities, particularly in international exports.
  • Deep knowledge of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Desirable proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Will to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
