About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Videographer/Editor to join our team at Hiblendr.

This mid-level position is ideal for candidates with prior working experience in social media/creative agencies or videographer positions.

You must have a strong portfolio of work showcasing your ability to create engaging user-generated content (UGC) video ads for social media platforms, advertising, and websites.

Familiarity with graphic design and photography is highly valued, as is being digitally savvy and having a strategic mindset to drive business goals.

You will be responsible for leading our Video Content Marketing efforts on social media and UGC ads visuals, leveraging data insights to inform your strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Producing film edits and publishing user-generated content (UGC) for Meta ads with a focus on high engagement and relevance.
  2. Handling all aspects of video content creation for Meta advertisements from research and scripting to shooting and editing.
  3. Tracking and evaluating campaign performance to offer insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  4. Delivering weekly creative marketing reports and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  5. Leading social media content production tasks including copywriting, storyboarding, scripting, shooting and styling.
  6. Conducting thorough research to deepen understanding of industry-related topics.
  7. Developing content pillars and sub-pillars while planning the creative ads and content calendar.
  8. Supervising content writing style and tone guidelines for the brand's platforms.
  9. Conceptualizing, writing, directing, and creating original and impactful content for content marketing purposes.
  10. Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends in home appliances, electronics, and social media developments.
  11. Producing and overseeing various content types like articles, social media posts, and videos.
  12. Requiring 1-5 years of experience in creative or content development.
  13. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for writing, editing, and proofreading copy on various marketing platforms.
  14. Being able to multitask and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  15. Being proficient in managing social media platforms, crafting ad creative, and other brand communication channels.
  16. Being skilled in coordinating freelancers for content development when necessary.
