Job Summary

Career Wise is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with company guidelines for Marketing Funding Program documents and Purchase Orders.
  • Tracking and monitoring Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Processing claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with various Business Units and Finance teams across regions for month-end close activities.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to business processes.
  • Assuming ownership of ad hoc projects, reports, and analyses as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional foreign languages are an asset).
  • 2-4 years of related working experience (additional experience is an asset).
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • High levels of proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solid analytical skills.
  • Assertive, creative, and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
