Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Administrative Executive to fill a key position within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our offices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physically and digitally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to achieve business objectives.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and services to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct market research as required to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Perform various ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative roles, preferably in executive support capacity.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
