Restaurant Operations Manager

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for Signature Permaisuri Mall Miri.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service, upsell F&B offerings, and promote a sales-oriented mindset to maximize revenue.
  • Drive team performance by encouraging a sales-driven culture, focusing on revenue growth, and monitoring food and beverage preparation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and control, to minimize waste and maximize profitability, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive reputation for Signature Permaisuri Mall Miri.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen to enhance the guest experience, maintaining a high level of quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
