Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies
  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Designing and managing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs

You will work closely with our management team to analyze job roles and responsibilities, establish proper job classifications, and create salary grids to ensure consistency and equity across the organization.
