The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a corporate environment. They should possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Business Requirements:
- Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates (if applicable).
- New Hire Documentation: Send offer letters and handle new hire documentation.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.
- Staff Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including handling medical certificates (MCs).
- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and training needs, organize learning programs, and coordinate workshops.
- Facility Management: Coordinate with external suppliers for office maintenance, arrange gifts, flowers stands, birthday cakes, and hampers for clients.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach and be proficient in the use of HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
