Sales Leadership Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Professional to join our team at Awantec. As an Assistant Manager Key Account, Learning Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and leading a team of sales and customer success personnel.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales team to achieve monthly targets and identifying opportunities for business development
- Establishing sales pipelines and monitoring the sales process to ensure timely payments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation
- Coaching the customer success team to handle product-related issues and client inquiries
- Working closely with stakeholders to develop new products and enhance existing ones
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of sales and customer success personnel
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly targets
- Maintaining open communication with the team, colleagues, and superiors on performance and challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Human Resources/Education/Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
