We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Payroll Business Development Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new payroll accounts from corporate clients and SMEs.
Main Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new payroll business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing payroll clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to the payroll segment, driving deposit growth and cross-selling related products and services.
- A deep understanding of the payroll industry and its trends.
