Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Dancom Group. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts to drive revenue and achieve strategic business objectives. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Manage and coordinate the delivery of products and services to key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  4. Proactively monitor and report on key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in a key account management or senior sales role, preferably within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels of an organization.
