About This Role

This Warehouse Administrator position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  2. Purchase Requisition Process: Raise Purchase Requisitions prior to minimum stock levels to ensure timely restocking.
  3. Supplier Performance Review: Prepare Supplier Performance Reviews to assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Bin Card Reconciliation: Reconcile stock balances with Bin Card records every 6 months to ensure accuracy.
  5. Storehouse Management: Maintain a clean and organized storehouse environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
