Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of responsibility.
  • Team Development: Responsible for team build and assist in training the team to acquire skills and competency levels required in the job.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationship through CRM program.
  • Operations Management: Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in retail store operations with no less than 3 year experience of overall store management.
  • Sales Analysis: Strong analytical skills in sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.
  • Availability: Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel Basic is preferred.
