Sales Growth Strategist

The EngineeringUK Sales Growth Strategist is responsible for promoting and selling professional services to new and existing clients. This includes identifying and managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored-made solutions to meet their training needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Process
- Lead and support the sales growth of EngineeringUK's professional services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to convert them into users of EngineeringUK's services.
- Identify new prospects and expand EngineeringUK's customer base through targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to understand client needs and sell EngineeringUK's services effectively.
- Sales Tools
- Manage the sales pipeline by developing accurate forecasts and proposals.
- Utilize industry knowledge and product collateral to illustrate how EngineeringUK's services meet client needs.
- Apply commercial acumen to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and explain the value proposition of EngineeringUK's services to clients.
- Able to apply product features and benefits to client needs to drive sales growth.
- Sales Skills
- Possess a deep understanding of EngineeringUK's products and services and their application to specific client sets.
- Develop effective communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Management
- Able to plan and execute short-term sales strategies to achieve immediate performance goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the professional services industry.
