The selected individual will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals. They will track progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to the Group CPO and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Group CPO to review, streamline, and enhance operational processes across different regions.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Track progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to the Group CPO and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating detailed reports and strategic plans.
  • Open to frequent travel.
  • Experience in global operations, strategic planning, or international project management.
