Job Description:

The Regional Operation Manager will lead the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the ASEAN cluster. Key responsibilities include managing key performance and financial indicators, responding to client complaints, maximising gross margin, and managing operation teams across the cluster.

This role requires a strong market understanding and knowledge of cultural differences within each team. The successful candidate will have existing experience in leading multi-country operations and proven experience of developing, motivating and leading a winning team.

A commercial thinker with sound knowledge of systems certification industry would be advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines, regions and cultures is essential.
