As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Segi Fresh stores in a designated area, ensuring smooth operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales target, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop store managers and staff by creating a positive work environment and feedback culture.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze sales, inventory level, and customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders essential to your store's success.

Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in business administration, retail management, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry/F&B, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or a large retail area.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in managing fresh products, such as groceries or perishables, is highly desirable.
