Business Process Transformation and Automation Manager

Description:

  1. Develop and execute strategies for Business Digitisation, Process Enhancement, and Automation to drive efficiency and productivity.
  2. Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Excel VBA to streamline Global Markets Business processes.
  3. Enhance the MyGM digital platform using Python and MySQL, incorporating additional use cases and user requirements.
  4. Maintain and develop existing Business Management digital platforms, automation workflows, scripts, configuration, and documentation.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Ensure continuity and enhancement of GM business-related systems, trading platforms, and digital channels to meet business needs and objectives.
  7. Collaborate with regional teams to implement group-wide system, e-commerce, and platform initiatives.
  8. Oversee the safeguarding of GM's ID management and access controls.
  9. Work with IT security and risk teams to enhance procedures, processes, and systems to mitigate operational and conduct risks.
  10. Liaise with IT vendors (Murex, IPC, etc.) and financial market data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, MarketAxess, etc.) to ensure SLAs are met and GM's business opportunities are optimized.
  11. Improve internal controls and processes to enhance customer and staff experiences, increase productivity, and eliminate redundant processes.
  12. Implement management action plans and address areas of improvement for BNM, MAS, and other regulatory and internal audit findings.

Requirements:

  1. Passionate about Automation, Digitalisation, and Generative AI.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  3. Proven experience with UiPath or other RPA software.
  4. Proficiency in MySQL and Excel VBA.
  5. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end development.
