Director of Customer Experience, Herbalife International

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as Director of Customer Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute customer-facing initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Preferably a University Graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
