We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our call center teams at our Malaysia office.
Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to multiple call center teams, driving operational efficiency, and developing strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage KPIs: Ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Implement process improvements: Drive innovation and implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that meet business objectives.
