Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail team, including area managers and store managers, to achieve clear goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end Retail Store Opening projects and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements & Experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
