Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Employee Banking Officer. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our customer base by focusing on acquiring new customers for our CASA (Current Account Savings Account) product. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging potential customers through on-site road shows and events, promoting our banking products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage potential new customers, understanding their banking needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct and participate in on-site road shows, sales campaigns, and promotional events to create awareness of our banking products with our Employee Banking Relationship Manager.
  • Work towards achieving assigned targets and goals, ensuring that we meet our business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with new customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their banking experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) checks during the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work without supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, with a focus on fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Account Management: Strong account management skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Selling: Effective cross-selling skills, with the ability to promote additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Bank Account Features and Services: Comprehensive knowledge of bank account features and services, with the ability to communicate these effectively to customers.
