About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Advisory & Insolvency team as a Business Leader, Advisory Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead the team in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring/special accountant, and debt restructuring.
  2. Progress Management: Manage progress, scheduling, and delivery of work to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Financial Review: Perform financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals to support business decisions.
  4. Team Development: Coach and guide junior team members, review their work, and provide feedback for growth and development.
  5. Work Planning: Plan delegation of work and team tasks, and support team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  6. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, as assigned, and complete them timely.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  1. Education: Degree in a relevant industry.
  2. Professional Qualification: Preferably with a professional qualification.
  3. Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field.
  4. Language Skills: Able to speak and write in English.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
