Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Link Compliance. As a key player in our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, preferably in the Consumer Devices, Lifestyle, Building Materials, or Sanitary sectors. A degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent is also required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue and profit growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, interior design firms, and other key stakeholders
- Managing and expanding the project business in the region, ensuring a professional and consistent follow-up with key stakeholders
- Implementing global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness throughout the region
