About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST to join Great Wall Motor Sales Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective customer relations strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage and manage call-in customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
  1. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Manage Customer Interactions: Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales history, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Identify Opportunities for Growth: Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration / Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably with working experience in the automotive industry.
