We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Manager to join our team at EPOS Global Solutions Sdn Bhd. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and elevating our customer support function, ensuring outstanding service experiences for our clients, and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Your key areas of focus will include:
- Leadership & team development: Building and managing a high-performing support team.
- Customer experience & service operations: Overseeing all customer interactions across various channels.
- Process improvement & performance management: Defining and tracking key performance indicators.
- Problem resolution & escalation management: Handling escalated customer issues and developing action plans.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with proficiency in Excel and CRM Software (Hubspot).
