The Client Retention Expert role at OpenLearning Global (M) Sdn Bhd involves developing and executing account management plans to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account management plans to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retention and revenue growth strategies.
  • Engage proactively with potential clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.

You will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Services teams to meet the needs of new and existing partners. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in EdTech or Education, training, corporate learning, and lifelong learning sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in increasing client revenue, consultative negotiation, and creative problem-solving.
