About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Customer Retention Specialist to play a pivotal role in our CFD Broker company.

Your responsibilities will include effectively engaging potential clients, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze customer behavior and metrics to identify patterns, predict churn, and create data-driven retention strategies.
  • Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Provide excellent service to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills may be advantageous depending on the role's location.
  • Prior experience in customer retention, sales, or a similar field. Experience in the online trading or financial industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities; analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and behavior; proficiency with CRM tools and customer data management systems.
