Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive customer renewal and growth, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences, providing actionable recommendations to regional sales teams to enhance their approaches.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop and execute effective sales enablement strategies, promoting service products and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in customer success, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively coordinate tasks and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Proficiency in English as a working language, with experience in IT-related industries such as cybersecurity, cloud services, SaaS, or large system integrators preferred.
