About This Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing company and play a vital role in driving client satisfaction and retention. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for handling market research sales requests, managing client accounts, and ensuring our customers achieve their research goals.

You will have a strong ability to navigate the sales cycle, build and manage strong client relationships, and proactively address client needs. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in technical areas such as data analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Client Engagement Strategies: Design and implement effective client engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Lead Client Projects: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  3. Maintain Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive updates.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Languages: Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B sales and/or customer success roles.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving results through independent ownership of meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
