At JOB EXPERT GROUP, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Champion to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services group, this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through various channels.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

The successful Customer Support Champion will be responsible for monitoring and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions to client issues. Additionally, this role will involve recording and organizing client issues and requests to offer actionable insights to management.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can enhance and refine client communication channels and methods, while elevating Conversion and Retention ratios for clients engaging with our team.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Thai and English is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in a similar position, showcasing expertise and familiarity with the responsibilities involved.
  • Strong dedication to customer satisfaction, possessing the ability to connect with and comprehend the needs of our clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in effective written and verbal communication.
