A&W Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage customer relationships, including resolving complaints and providing feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to inform business decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
