Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our team at LiveIn.com, a prop-tech company in Malaysia. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for tenants in our co-living spaces through exceptional customer service, issue resolution, and feedback analysis.

This role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and enhancing their overall satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective responses. You will also assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement solutions.
Product Knowledge:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes.
Communication:
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with customers via various channels.
  • Create informative content to keep customers informed and engaged.
