Human Resources Manager and Performance Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer support via phone and email for swimming pool products and services.
  • Explain pool equipment, maintenance supplies, and installation services to customers.
  • Assist with order placements, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and installation teams for seamless service.
  • Guide customers on pool maintenance and best practices.
  • Supervise servicemen/pool attendants to ensure adherence to SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn about swimming pool products and maintenance.
  • Physically fit to work outdoors and handle chemicals when necessary.
