Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include handling incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate product/service information, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in a customer service role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are also necessary.
- This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations in a timely manner.
