Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service and have a positive experience when shopping with us.

You will work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives, assist the Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring, and sell and promote jewellery products.

You will also provide high-class and professional customer service, meet sales targets, and work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong selling and interpersonal skills, as well as good communication and written skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
