Job Overview
This pivotal role involves working closely with customers to drive behavioural change, adoption, and sustainable growth of product usage within customer segments. As a trusted advisor, you'll educate clients on our products and assist them in their needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyse client performance data to identify opportunities for further product adoption or retention risk management.
- Develop engagement plans to drive product adoption and usage, managing any associated risks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their sourcing needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product solutions to be the subject matter authority for clients.
- Manage customer satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle.
