About the Role

TikTok is looking for an experienced professional to join our Advertiser Experience team. As an Engagement Specialist, you will partner with our advertisers to enhance their experience on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to provide a tailored premium service to advertisers.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and operationalize premium services for key customers.
  3. Contribute to the development of proactive integrity strategies and advertiser onboarding processes.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  5. Establish best practices for the team and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  6. Interact daily with advertisers across all segments of the business.
  7. Share weekly insights with segment sales teams and provide performance metric updates to the AdEx management team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management, customer success, customer experience, public relations, partnership management, or service design experience.
  • Proven project management experience in Operations, Monetization Integrity, or Trust and Safety.
  • Operational metrics proficiency, including false positives and negatives, accuracy, and recall.
  • Able to acquire new skills and knowledge quickly and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in Thai, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
