Job Description

The Retention and Growth Expert will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving customer retention rates through effective sales and retention strategies.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn, as well as identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop and execute sales and retention plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer retention, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer data management systems.
