Customer Retention and Growth Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive Quota growth
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted support strategies
  • Cold call customers to reactivate lapsed support and subscriptions
  • Work collaboratively with teams to create customized offers and resolve complex issues
  • Sell data security solutions and communicate complex concepts to customers
  • Forecast business growth and share insightful analysis

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
