The Role: Customer Retention Lead

This role will be based in Malaysia but will also be responsible for managing Singapore accounts, requiring travel to Singapore as needed.

Key Competencies:
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with experience driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or IT project management.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a bias for decision-making.
