About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Representative to join our team at Veeam. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs. You will possess excellent communication skills, including executive-level influence, and be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual pipelines, ensuring timely renewal and expansion goals are met.
  • Engage customers proactively to educate them on new product features, additional products, and business outcomes.
  • Cold call lapsed support customers to reactivate their subscriptions.
  • Work cross-functionally to prepare enterprise renewals agreements, special terms, and create NSQ's.
  • Negotiate complex offers internally and externally.
  • Forecast business analysis and share insights.
  • Assist customers with licensing transfers, support ticket assistance, and provide support to channel partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills, including executive-level influence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization, and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-energy motivation.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce.com.
