Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of Marketing & Corporate Strategy to lead our marketing efforts in East Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase local enrollment from emerging regions, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and providing course consultation to students.

This role requires strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English is essential.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase local enrollment from emerging regions.
  • Build relationships with school officials, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide course consultation to students on courses and other matters related to studying at UCSI University.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide regular market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Maturity and level-headedness consistent with the requirements of the position.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service focus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
